We do not pre-manufacture any of our machines. They are all custom made to your specifications. We make our machines to fit into your current assembly line and interface with your existing equipment. Our customers never need to buy a machine with unnecessary options like other mass-produced machines.
We take a 7-step approach to custom equipment:
1-
We learn what the machine has to do. We meet with you, ask you questions,
and make suggestions.
2- We provide a concept drawing of the machine for your review and approval.
3- After concept approval, we complete a manufacturing drawing.
4- Next, we build the machine in our plant under the guidance of our design
staff.
5- We rigorously test the machine at METC.
6- We rig, deliver, and install the equipment with a highly trained Dentech
team.
7- We test the equipment on location and don't leave until our customer is
absolutely satisfied.
