Mushahid Engineering & Trading Company personnel offers an extensive background
in machine and plant / factory automation. Our services range from analysis
to on-site construction and start up.
Project
Analysis
To build your project regarding automation, we’ll learn about your company,
your products and the types of jobs you’ll be running. METC will meet
with you to analyze your current configurations and understand the functionality
you envision from your new machine(s). We’ll also offer suggestions
for improvements to your plans based on our wealth of past experience.
Design
After analyzing your needs, our engineers will go to work developing the design
of your new machine or turnkey system. This will include use of our AutoCAD
Computer Aided Design package and MasterCam. More importantly, it will include
the brain power of designers with years of experience solving the most complicated
engineering challenges.
Manufacturing
Using, CNC and conventional machining as appropriate, we’ll manufacture
your machine to the established specifications. We assure long-term satisfaction
for our customers by thoroughly testing and debugging all systems before installation.
You will be invited to visit our facility where a demonstration test run will
be performed to insure your satisfaction.
